When you purchase a plan of our designs or other documents, containing drawing or text files, or a download version, herein known as WinZip Folder, you agreed to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement is a legal binding contract which specifies the terms of the license and warranty limitation between you and Woods Designs. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, promptly contact us prior to purchasing the goods from our website.
Distributing our Winzip Folders, designs and/or documentation by any means without prior written permission from Woods Designs is forbidden. All rights of the paper plans, downloaded WinZip Folder, design and documentation not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved.

DRAWING FILES, DESIGN AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS INTO WHICH THE PACKAGE MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. ITEMS RECEIVED BY DOWNLOAD
Please Note: Download orders are final and not refundable. There is NO REFUND if the item is received by a successful download. So please ensure that you are purchasing the correct file(s) before ordering!!
If the customer is unable to successfully complete a delivery to a computer AND Applies within THREE (3) calendar days of the initiation of the transaction a full refund of the purchase price may be credited to the users account. However if the WINZIP file appears to be defective, we will replace it with a file of the same title once we determine that the file was in fact defective, or at our discretion, send the paper plan equivalents at no extra charge
