Many builders now have their own web sites and although I have added links on the individual design pages it also makes sense to group them all together.
First, here is a listing of many of my home builders sites, most of which are updated regularly. Below those is a list of suppliers and general boating links

Supplier Links
I only recommend suppliers that I have used myself and ones that have given me great service over the years. So people like Highwater Sails, Dolphin Sails and Calvert Sails. Z Spar and Eurospar masts etc.
I am now adding Florida based Boatbuilder Central to the list. We used Marinepoxy exclusively on our Skoota 28 powercat as well as on our Strike 15, Duo and Zest dinghies. We found it very easy to use, no smell and an easy 2:1 mix. Performance seems to be as good as the more expensive "Known Names"
Boatbuilder Central also sell glass, fillers, paint, plywood.... In fact pretty much everything you need to build a wood boat. We stayed a few days with Boatbuilder Central boss Jacques Mertens and found that he was a font of knowledge on epoxies and boatbuilding. So no problems with any technical queries. He is also a very experienced cruising sailor, has worked in several major US boatyards and so he knows boats better than most.
So I am now recommending Boatbuilder Central to all my North American customers. You can buy on line here
========================================
Those new to wood/epoxy boatbuilding will find these books useful (Click on the images for the link). They have been written by longtime multihull sailor and boatbuilder Russell Brown (son of Jim Brown, trimaran designer) who runs PT Watercraft in Port Townsend, Wa, USA. He is one of the worlds best wood boatbuilders, so if you do what he says you will save time, money and you'll build a better boat. For an excerpt CLICK HERE
And now he has another book on painting without spraying or tipping. I've seen the boats Russell has painted using these techniques. If you didn't know better you'd think they were grp. (possibly the worst insult you can make to a wooden boatbuilder!). Disclaimer: I do get a small commission from Russell when he sells a book through my site (so please click the link here, not elsewhere!) but that doesn't affect the fact that the books are great!
